A distinguished professional, Mr. Bhattbhatt holds a Law degree and is a qualified Company Secretary (CS). He is also a certified Insolvency Professional (IP) and an accredited Social Auditor, further enriching his versatile profile. His career spans a broad spectrum of industries including chemicals and insulation solutions, power sector, wholesale and retail trade, and restructuring the agro-commodity sector.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Bhattbhatt has held senior leadership and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) roles across both the government and private sectors. He has consistently demonstrated thought leadership and hands-on expertise in legal affairs, corporate resolution processes, and secretarial practices.

Director – Operations & Strategy

Mr. Pankaj Panchal is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Science degree from Gujarat University and over two decades of rich, cross-functional experience spanning Quality Control, Production Management, and Logistics & Dispatch Operations.

A results-oriented leader, Mr. Panchal has played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing processes across multiple organizations. His hands-on approach, combined with deep technical knowledge, has consistently contributed to improving manufacturing standards and delivery timelines.

Beyond the manufacturing floor, Mr. Panchal has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial acumen through his involvement in several startup ventures. He has held key leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer, in dynamic sectors such as 3D Mapping Technology and Brand Design, where he successfully drove innovation, scalability, and cross-disciplinary integration.

Mr. Panchal’s ability to bridge technical operations with strategic thinking makes him a core pillar in the leadership team at AICS Industries Limited. His contributions are instrumental in steering the company toward process excellence, business agility, and long-term growth.

Mr. Nitin Mistry

Director – Finance & Legal.

Mr. Nitin Mistry oversees the administrative and financial operations at AICS Industries Limited, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization’s core support systems. With a strong background in finance, compliance, and corporate administration, he plays a central role in driving the company’s operational stability and strategic planning initiatives.

A Commerce graduate from M.S. University, Vadodara, and a qualified Company Secretary (CS), Mr. Mistry brings over a decade of experience across multiple industries, including barrel manufacturing, management consulting, and legal advisory services. His diverse exposure has equipped him with a broad perspective and a deep understanding of business operations at both strategic and tactical levels.

Mr. Mistry is also well-versed in debt syndication, project management, and SEBI/Stock Exchange compliance, making him an invaluable asset in financial governance and regulatory affairs. His analytical mindset and structured approach contribute to effective budgeting, policy development, and risk management within the company.

Mr. Devendrasingh Umat

Independent Director

Mr. Devendrasingh Umat is a highly respected legal professional and practicing Advocate based in Vadodara, Gujarat, with over 30 years of distinguished experience in the legal domain. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an LL.B. from Gujarat University, with a specialization in Labour Law.

Throughout his career, Mr. Umat has established a strong reputation for advising clients across a wide range of corporate, labour, and regulatory legal matters. His in-depth knowledge and practical legal insight have earned him long-standing trust as Legal Advisor to several prominent organizations, including the Jyoti Group of Companies in Vadodara.

Over the past decade, he has also served as Director on the boards of various listed and unlisted companies, contributing significantly to corporate governance, legal oversight, and strategic decision-making. In his current role at AICS Industries Limited, he is entrusted with monitoring organizational effectiveness and ensuring systematic, consistent growth through sound legal and regulatory practices.

Mr. Ashwin Patel

Production Head

Mr. Ashwin Patel is a highly experienced professional with over 15 years of expertise in the cold storage industry. A graduate from Gujarat, he has held key roles in renowned companies including Blue Star, where he honed his skills in cold chain systems and infrastructure development.

As the Founder of Krisha Services, a company specializing in the construction of cold storage final products, Mr. Patel has led numerous successful projects involving PUF panels, cold rooms, and hinged doors. His deep knowledge of production processes, combined with his hands-on approach, makes him a strong leader in manufacturing operations.

In his role as Production Head, Mr. Patel oversees the entire production lifecycle—from planning and quality control to execution—ensuring that products meet the highest standards of efficiency, durability, and performance. His expertise also extends to marketing and sales, contributing to the company’s growth across multiple verticals in the cold storage segment.
