Panel Thickness Options
We offer a range of PUFF panel thicknesses based on insulation needs and structural requirements:
  • 60 mm, 80 mm, 100 mm, 125 mm, and 150 mm
Surface Material Choices
Our PUFF panels are available with high-quality surface finishes for both aesthetics and performance:
  • GI Pre-Painted Sheets
  • Stainless Steel Sheets (Grade 304/316 – Matte and 2B finishes)
  • GI Plain Sheets
  • Plain Galvanized Iron Sheets
Note: Different materials can be used for inside and outside surfaces based on client requirements.
Floor Options
Depending on your operational environment, we offer various flooring solutions:
  • (A) PUFF slab with Kota stone or concrete floor, both sides tar felt coated
  • (B) Metal surface camlock-fit panels for temperature retention
  • (C) Aluminum chequered plate with marine ply
  • (D) FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) cladding for hygienic surfaces

(B) Overlap Type Door

  • Teak wood frame with metal cladding and heavy-duty hardware
  • Sizes: 45″x84″, 49″x84″, 54″x84″, 60″x90″

(C) Sliding Door System

  • Delivered as a complete unit with rails and bottom roller guide
  • Widths: 1000 / 1200 / 1500 / 1800 mm
